CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Information on prizes and how to enter form part of these Conditions of Entry.

2. Entry is only open to residents of Australia. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies and companies associated with this competition are ineligible.

3. The promotion commences on 01/12/2008 at 5:00am and concludes on 18/01/2009 at 11pm. Eligible consumers are able to redeem tickets through June 30th, 2009, subject to availability..

4. Each purchase of either Kenny’s World DVD; Very Small Business DVD or Sea Patrol II The Coup DVD from Kmart includes a unique code printed on a sticker. Customers are required to register the code and their details at www.dvd.myfun.com.au  Upon validation of the code customers will be eligible for a movie voucher. Codes can only be used once. If the participant cannot validate their code they can call 1300 079 267 and have the ticket sent to them


5. Each code is valid for one adult off-peak movie voucher valid at Village, Greater Union & Birch Carroll & Coyle Cinemas. Off-Peak Screen Saver vouchers cannot be used on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays and on public or school holidays. The voucher is valid for one admission only, and is to be surrendered at the ticket box for a cinema ticket. Screen Saver vouchers do not guarantee a reserved seat - seating is subject to availability. It is the responsibility of the holder of the voucher to ensure that it is used prior to the expiry date. The expiry date displayed is not extendable. Voucher validity is indicated by the month and year hole punched on the front of the voucher. The voucher is valid through to the last screening on the last day of the month indicated. This voucher is not valid for Gold Class, movie marathons, special events or with any other offer or promotion. Tickets are not refundable or redeemable for cash and may not be sold for cash or exchange without prior permission of Village Cinemas. Any advertisement, circulation or publication which includes a reference to Screen savers must be first approved of in writing by Village Cinemas.

 

6. Only one entry permitted per specified purchase requirement; each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements; only one unique code per entry is permitted; the same unique code cannot be used more than once; and unrecognised codes will be deemed invalid.

 

 
7. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury sustained, as a result of taking the reward, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

8. All entries become the property of the Promoter. All entries will be entered into a database and the Promoter may use the personal
information supplied by entrants for the purpose of conducting and promoting this promotion  (including but not limited to determining and notifying winners). The Promoter may disclose personal information collected from entrants to other companies associated with this

9.  If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering,
unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Promoter which corrupt or affect the
administration security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, to
disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and,subject to the approval of those authorities which have issued permits
for the conduct of this competition, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.

10. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission,
communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, Internet entries. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this competition.
