2. Entry is only open to residents of Australia. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies and companies associated with this competition are ineligible.
3. The promotion commences on 3rd June , 2009 at 5:00am and concludes on 9th August, 2009 at 11pm. Eligible consumers are able to redeem tickets through August 31st, 2009, subject to film availability..
4. Each purchase of Bedtime Stories from Target includes a unique code printed on a card insert. Customers are required to register the code and their details at www.hollywoodmoviemoney.com.au/disney . Upon validation of the code customers will be able to print off a ticket to see Hannah Montana. Codes can only be used once. If the participant cannot print off their ticket they can call 1300 079 267 and have the ticket sent to them
5. Each code is valid for one adult admission to Hannah Montana. Each Movie ticket has a RRP of “up to” AU$16.50 and is redeemable, subject to seating availability, in a participating cinema. For participating cinemas, visit www.hollywoodmoviemoney.com.au. The movie ticket is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or replaced. Change will not be given irrespective of cinema pricing. The movie ticket will have an expiry date printed on it; the ticket is valid for use until midnight on that date subject film availability.
8. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury sustained, as a result of taking the reward, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by
law.
9. All entries become the property of the Promoter. All entries will be entered into a database and the Promoter may use the personal information supplied by entrants for the purpose of conducting and promoting this promotion (including but not limited to determining and notifying winners). The Promoter may disclose personal information collected from entrants to other companies associated with this promotion to enable entrants to participate in this promotion. Entrants can gain access to their personal information by contacting the
Promoter's Privacy Officer on 03 9832 6000. Personal information you provide during the competition may be used by the Promoter and its associated companies for marketing and other purposes.
10. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and, subject to the approval of those authorities which have issued permits for the conduct of this competition, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.

The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, Internet entries. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this competition.
