- Instructions on how to
claim and the gift form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed
acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Offer not valid in conjunction with
any other offer.
- Offer
is only open to Australian residents.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies
associated with this promotion are ineligible to claim.
- Promotion
commences at 12.01am AEST on 15.06.09 and closes at 5pm AEST on 15.08.09 (“Promotional
Period”).
- To be
eligible to make a claim, the claimant must purchase a specially marked Ice Age
or Ice Age 2 from a participating retailer during the Promotional Period.
- To make
a claim, the claimant must, during the Promotional Period, visit www.hollywoodmoviemoney.com.au/fox, follow the prompts and
submit the requested information including the unique code found on the
promotional sticker on specially marked packs. Once their claim is validated
the claimant will be provided with an online Movie Voucher (see condition 6 for
details), which they must then print off. If the participant cannot print off
the Movie Voucher, they can call 1300 079 267 and have a Movie Voucher sent to
them.
- The Movie
Voucher is redeemable for one (1) child’s general admission ticket to see Ice
Age 3, which is valued at up to AU$12.50 RRP, and is redeemable, subject to
seating availability, in a participating cinema. The claimant will be
responsible for any costs in excess of $12.50. For participating cinemas see www.hollywoodmoviemoney.com.au. The Movie Voucher is non-refundable and
cannot be exchanged or replaced if lost. Non-genuine Movie Vouchers will not be
accepted. Change will not be given irrespective of cinema pricing. The Movie
Voucher will have an expiry date printed on it, subject to film availability in
the participating cinema. The Movie Voucher must not be re-sold. The standard terms and conditions of the
cinemas apply. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Movie Voucher are not included.
Children should be accompanied by an adult when attending cinema.
- The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to
verify the validity of claims and claimants (including a claimant’s identity,
age and place of residence) and to disqualify any claimant who submits a claim
that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with
the claim process. Errors and
omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the
Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver
of those rights.
- Incomplete,
indecipherable, or illegible claims will be deemed invalid.
- Multiple
claims permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one claim permitted per
specified purchase requirement; (b) each claim must be submitted separately and
in accordance with claim requirements; (c) only one unique code per claim is
permitted; (d) the same unique code cannot be used more than once; and (e)
unrecognised codes will be deemed invalid.
- Claimants
must retain their original specially marked sticker/s containing the unique
code for all claims as proof
of purchase. Failure to produce the required sticker/s for all claims when
requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in
invalidation of ALL of a claimant’s claims and forfeiture of any right to a
gift.
- If
there is a dispute as to the identity of a claimant, the Promoter reserves the
right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the claimant. The
Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- If this
promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as
reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the
Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the
fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any claimant; or (b) to
modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
- Any
cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the claimant’s
responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated software or any
other mechanical or electronic means that allows a claimant to automatically
claim repeatedly is prohibited and will render all claims submitted by that entrant invalid.
- Except for any liability that cannot be
excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents)
excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal
injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct,
indirect, special or consequential, arising in any
way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of
the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction
(whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised
access or third party interference; (c) any claim or offer that is late, lost, altered,
damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due
to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in offer value to that stated in
these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a claimant; or (f) attending the cinema.
- The Promoter collects
personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this
purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited
to agents, contractors, service providers, offer suppliers and as required, to
Australian regulatory authorities. Claim is conditional on providing this
information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise
advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research
and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning
the claimant. Claimants should direct any request to access, update or correct
information to the Promoter. All claims become the property of the Promoter.
