CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry. Only entries which are submitted and comply with these conditions of entry may take part in this competition.
2. The promoter is Universal Pictures (Australasia) Pty Ltd (A.C.N 087 513 620) of 3 Munn Reserve, Millers Point, NSW 2000.
3. Entry is only open to residents of Australia. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies and companies associated with this competition are ineligible.
4. The promotion commences on 26th December 2009 at 5:00am (AEST) and concludes on 18 February 2010 at 5pm (AEST) or when film finishes screening at participating cinemas, whichever is sooner. Bonus Movie Ticket must be redeemed online prior to 5pm 14/02/10.
5. It is the prizewinner’s obligation to check censorship rating closer to time. Promoter is not responsible or liable for winner’s inability to use prize due to censorship rating requirements.
6. Each purchase of a DVD double pack from the list below includes a unique code printed on the reverse of a sticker on the front of the DVD. Customers are required to register the code and their details at www.hollywoodmoviemoney.com.au/universal. Upon validation of the code customers will be able to print off one adult ticket to see It’s Complicated. Eligible DVD double packs include copies of the following affixed with the double-sided It’s Complicated sticker:

7. Codes can only be used once. If the participant cannot print off their ticket they can call 1300 079 267 and have the ticket sent to them.
8. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Incomplete, damaged or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. The judges' decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
9. Each code is valid for one adult admission to It’s Complicated. Each Movie ticket has a RRP of “up to” AU$17.00 and is redeemable, subject to seating availability, in a participating cinema. For participating cinemas, visit www.hollywoodmoviemoney.com.au. The movie ticket is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or replaced. Change will not be given irrespective of cinema pricing. The movie ticket will have an expiry date printed on it; the ticket is valid for use until midnight on that date subject film availability. The ticket is valid for traditional cinema use only and is not valid at EVENT Cinemas Gold Class, Vmax and 3D; Greater Union + Birch Carroll & Coyle Gold Class, Vmax and 3D; Village Cinemas Gold Class, Vmax and 3D; Hoyts La Premiere, Directors Suite, thehalfpipe, Xtremescreen and Reading Gold Lounge.
10. The movie ticket is not to be used/redeemed in conjunction with any other offer, including reduced priced movie tickets or other free ticket offers.
11. All entries must be received by 18 February 2010 at 5pm (AEST) or when film finishes screening at participating cinemas, whichever is sooner. No entries will be accepted after this date. Entries must be correct, complete and comprehensible. Entries become the property of the promoter and will not be returned.
12. The promoter and its associated agencies, are not liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death whatsoever (including, but not limited to, any direct, indirect or consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this competition, the use of a prize or any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of the promoter, its associated agencies or any person associated with any of them, except to the extant that any liability cannot be excluded by law.
13. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
14. In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which changes the result or prevents or hinders it's determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the promoter may in its discretion cancel the event and recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject to any government regulation.
15. The promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if the promoter determines, in their absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the promoter in its absolute discretion
16. All entries become the property of the promoter ("we/us") on receipt and we reserve the right to use any personal information provided by an entrant ("you") to enter you in the competition and conduct the competition. If you do not provide us with all or part of the personal information requested we may not be able to enter you into the competition. We may also use personal information about you for related purposes such as sending you information about Universal, products or other promotions. We may also disclose personal information to other organisations which assist in promoting Universal products. You may access your personal information held by us by contacting us using the contact details provided in this entry form.
17. By entering into the competition each entrant consents to the promoter sending that entrant commercial electronic messages (such as email and SMS) in relation to this competition. If an entrant wants to stop receiving these messages they need only reply to any received message and include in that reply the word "unsubscribe".
