1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry. Only entries which are submitted and comply with these conditions of entry may take part in this competition.
2. The promoter is Roses Only & Lush Flowers (A.C.N 065 255 692) of 57-59 Dunning Avenue, Rosebery, NSW 2018
3. Entry is only open to residents of Australia. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies and companies associated with this competition are ineligible.
4. The promotion commences on 11th February, 2010 5:00am (AEST) and concludes on 31st March , 2010 (AEST) or when film finishes screening at participating cinemas, whichever is sooner. The Scratch card code must be redeemed online prior to 5pm 28/02/10.
5. It is the recipient’s obligation to check censorship rating closer to time. Promoter is not responsible or liable for recipient’s inability to use voucher due to censorship rating requirements.
6. Each purchase of Roses Only's dozen or two dozen Valentines special for delivery 12-14th February 2010 includes a unique code printed on a scratch card. Customers are required to register the code and their details at www.hollywoodmoviemoney.com.au/rosesonly. Upon validation of the code customers will be able to print off one double adult voucher entitling the customer to see Valentines Day.
7. Codes can only be used once. If the participant cannot print off their ticket they can call 1300 079 267 and have the ticket sent to them.
8. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Incomplete, damaged or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. The judges' decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
9. Each code is valid for a double adult ticket to a general admission screening of Valentines Day including those designated as No free Ticket sessions up to the value of $34.00. The voucher is valid for a single use only. Any costs in excess of $34.00 must be covered by the consumer. B. Expires 31/3/10 or when film stops screening in cinemas which ever is the sooner. C. If lost cannot be replaced. Void if resold. D. No reproductions will be accepted. E. No change will be provided to consumer. F. 10. The movie ticket is not to be used/redeemed in conjunction with any other offer, including reduced priced movie tickets or other free ticket offers.
11. All entries must be received by 28 February 2010 at 5pm (AEST) or when film finishes screening at participating cinemas, whichever is sooner. No entries will be accepted after this date. Entries must be correct, complete and comprehensible. Entries become the property of the promoter and will not be returned.
12. The promoter and its associated agencies, are not liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death whatsoever (including, but not limited to, any direct, indirect or consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this competition, the use of a reward or any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of the promoter, its associated agencies or any person associated with any of them, except to the extant that any liability cannot be excluded by law.
13. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
14. In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which changes the result or prevents or hinders it's determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the promoter may in its discretion cancel the event and recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject to any government regulation.
15. The promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a recipient to take part in any or all aspects of the reward, if the promoter determines, in their absolute discretion, that a recipient is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the reward. It is a condition of accepting the reward that the recipient may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the promoter in its absolute discretion.
16. All entries become the property of the promoter ("we/us") on receipt and we reserve the right to use any personal information provided by an entrant ("you") to enter you in the competition and conduct the competition. If you do not provide us with all or part of the personal information requested we may not be able to enter you into the competition. We may also use personal information about you for related purposes such as sending you information about Roses Only or other related promotions.
