1. Information on prizes and how to enter form part of these Conditions
of Entry.
2. Entry is only open to residents of Australia. Employees and their
immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies and companies
associated with this competition are ineligible.
3. The promotion commences on 2nd November 2009 at 09:00am and concludes on 17th January 2010 at 11pm. Eligible consumers are able to redeem tickets through January 31st 2010, subject to session availability.
4. To qualify for this offer, consumers must spend $40 or more on selected ABC DVD and BBC DVD product at participating WOW Stores during the promotional period. Customers will receive unique code printed on the reverse of a sticker on the front of the DVD. Customers are required to register the code and their details at www.1wow.com.au Upon validation of the code customers will be able to print off a movie voucher. Limit of one voucher per customer, per specified purchase requirement in a single transaction
5. Codes can only be used once. If the participant cannot print off their ticket they can call 1300 079 267 and have the voucher sent to them
6. Each code is valid for one adult cinema admission. Each Movie voucher has a RRP of “up to” AU$17.00 and is redeemable, subject to seating availability, in a participating cinema. For participating cinemas, visit www.hollywoodmoviemoney.com.au. The movie ticket is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or replaced. Change will not be given irrespective of cinema pricing. The movie ticket will have an expiry date printed on it; the ticket is valid for use until midnight on that date subject film availability. The ticket is valid for traditional cinema use only.
7. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever
which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or
consequential loss), or for personal injury sustained, as a result of
taking the reward, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by
law.
8. All entries become the property of the Promoter. All entries will be
entered into a database and the Promoter may use the personal
information supplied by entrants for the purpose of conducting and
promoting this promotion. The Promoter may disclose personal information collected from entrants to other companies associated with this promotion to enable entrants to participate in this promotion. Entrants can gain access to their personal information by contacting the Promoter's Privacy Officer at privacy@roadshow.com.au. Personal information you provide may be used by the Promoter and its associated companies for marketing and other purposes.
9. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as
planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering,
unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other
causes beyond the control of Promoter which corrupt or affect the
administration security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this
competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, to
disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and,
subject to the approval of those authorities which have issued permits
for the conduct of this competition, to cancel, terminate, modify or
suspend the competition.
10. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission,
interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission,
communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, Internet entries. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials
in this competition.
